At Campbell and Co., each item is handmade with care, making every piece unique. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or there's a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including a photo and description of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.
