Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or there's a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including a photo and description of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.

• Minor variations in pattern placement, size, or stitching are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

• All sale items and custom orders are final sale.
