At Campbell and Co., all of our quilted bags and pouches are handmade with care in Canada. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Since each item is handmade, a little extra love and time goes into every package.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship across Canada and to select international destinations.

• Canada: Estimated delivery 3–9 business days after dispatch

• USA: Estimated delivery 7–14 business days after dispatch

• International: Varies by destination (customs delays may apply)

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Campbell and Co. is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing. If your order appears to be lost or delayed, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
